Using Budgit

Budgit is a record-keeping tool for recurring payments and amounts owed. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the records you enter.

Not financial advice

Budgit does not provide banking, accounting, tax, legal, investment, credit, or financial advice. App totals, dates, reminders, and currency labels are informational and may contain errors. Verify important amounts and obligations with the relevant person, institution, or qualified adviser.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, access another person’s account without permission, interfere with operation or security, upload unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited, or use Budgit to violate applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or terminate access when necessary to protect Budgit or its users. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may stop using Budgit or delete your account in Settings at any time.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the records you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display them to provide Budgit. The app, brand, design, and software remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Budgit is provided “as is” and without warranties. We are not liable for decisions, missed payments, lost opportunities, disputes, or other losses caused by reliance on app records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the support contact listed on Budgit’s App Store product page.
